Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Connect-A-Pro LLC, Florida ("ProTally", "we") for use of the ProTally app and website.

Not tax advice

ProTally organizes your records and shows estimates. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Check figures read from receipts, and ask a qualified tax professional what you can deduct.

Your account

Keep access to your email secure. You're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of what you record.

Subscriptions

ProTally Pro renews automatically each month or year until canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse ProTally, attempt to access other people's data, or upload content you don't have the right to use.

Your content

You own your receipts and records. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service.

Availability and liability

ProTally is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee it will be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
